His practice focuses on all aspects of employment law and personal injury litigation.Winston earned his B.S.B.A. in economics at the University of West Florida, and he earned his J.D. at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Winston served as Gwilliam Ivary’s law clerk, assisting plaintiffs in employment law matters. After becoming a licensed attorney, Winston represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases in the Sacramento area before returning to Gwilliam Ivary in 2016. An experienced litigator, Winston has successfully represented his clients before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, the California Superior Courts, and the California Courts of Appeal. Winston is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for every one of his clients in every case he handles.Outside the office, Winston enjoys honing his musical skills and cycling with his wife around the Bay Area.
