Victoria Davies is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. She represents a broad range of companies, from large, multinational corporations to private, closely-held businesses doing business in a variety of industries, including construction, mining, and energy, on capital projects and day-to-day commercial transactions. Victoria’s experience includes drafting and negotiating construction agreements, design-build agreements, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) agreements, architect agreements, and engineering agreements on behalf of owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design firms. Her construction contracting experience includes revising and negotiating contracts on the major construction industry contract forms, including the AIA and ConsensusDocs, as well as drafting and negotiating custom contracts to suit her clients and specific projects. Victoria also routinely prepares and negotiates general services agreements and procurement agreements, including master services agreements, consulting agreements, product supply agreements, and purchase order terms and conditions. Her commercial transactions experience also includes aircraft purchases, sales, leases, and charters of personal and business aircraft.
