About Ulrich
Prof. Dr. Ulrich Tödtmann Partner Professor Tödtmann’s areas of legal practice are labour law, corporate law, energy law and compliance consultancy. He has more than 25 years of experience in advising and assisting medium-sized companies from different industrial sectors, but particularly the energy, automotive, electricity and metal as well as traffic sectors. Drawing upon his extensive experience both as a lawyer and as long-standing head of a corporate legal department and member of the managing board of various stock corporations, he advises companies on individual and collective labour law, on corporate law escpecially during corporate acquisitions as well as on any general issues pertaining to economic law that arise during daily business practice. He also represents clients during arbitration and conciliation procedures and holds a number of supervisory and advisory mandates. Professor Tödtmann has been honorary professor at Mannheim University since 2004 and teaches classes on the formulation of contracts as well as labour and corporate law.
