About Troy
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario law school, Troy was called to the Bar in 2001. He received the highest mark on the Bar Admission course by anyone from Western University. Troy joined Oatley Vigmond in 2006 and became a partner in 2010. Troy is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation, an inducted Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America and has been listed in Best Lawyers for 2017. Troy has been invited to educate other lawyers on various topics relating to personal injury law at conferences hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates' Society and many other organizations. Troy has represented clients as lead counsel on both trials and appeals. He has been a Guest Lecturer at the University of Western Ontario and Queen's University. When he is not at work Troy volunteers his time as the Vice-President of MADD Barrie-Simcoe and Coach of the Provincial Baseball Champions, the Ivy Leafs.
