Travis Bertrand is a lawyer in our employment and labour law group. He practises in all areas of employment and labour law, and regularly provides strategic advice to employers on employment standards, wrongful dismissal, human rights and accommodation, workplace management and investigations, policy development, recruitment and hiring practices, labour relations, and occupational health and safety. Travis acts on behalf of employers in a variety of workplace disputes and employment and labour-related legal proceedings. He has represented clients at various levels of court and administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Divisional Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
