Thomas B. Humphries is a shareholder in Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office and he is a member of the firm's Restructuring, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy practice group. With over two decades of experience, Thomas represents creditors, bankruptcy trustees, and other commercial litigants in state and federal courts throughout Alabama and neighboring states. His extensive bankruptcy experience covers most issues that regularly arise in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases. Outside of bankruptcy court, Thomas also represents lenders, mortgage servicers, and commercial and residential landlords.
