Stuart I. Gordon has handled many complex insolvency cases throughout the United States, including One Times Square, the New York City landmark building known for the New Year’s Eve “ball drop”; the Concord Resort Hotel in the Catskills; and the Bennett Funding Group.Bankruptcy and corporate reorganization are the cornerstone of Stuart’s practice as a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Bankruptcy Practice Group.
