An experienced litigator, Steve represents the nation’s largest insurers in their prosecution of civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act – including affirmative actions by insurers to recover fraudulently-obtained insurance benefits and to obtain injunctions preventing the continuation of large-scale fraudulent schemes.
