She represents institutional investors in their investments into U.S. and non-U.S. private investment funds, co-investment funds, and managed accounts across various asset classes. Stephanie is a leading figure in her field, known for her work on alternative lending vehicles.
Stephanie's involvement extends beyond her law firm experience; she has served as a Vice President and Senior Counsel at State Street Global Advisors where she advised US institutional investment management services and products with a focus on product structuring and disclosure issues related to commingled investment pools, managed accounts, and private investment funds.
Stephanie's contributions do not stop there. She is significantly involved in recruiting, training, and educational programming at Kirkland for attorneys and clients, as well as serving on the Recruiting Committee for the Boston office and the Associate Review Committee.
