Stephanie is a leading figure in her field, known for her work on alternative lending vehicles.
Stephanie's involvement extends beyond her law firm experience; she has served as a Vice President and Senior Counsel at State Street Global Advisors where she advised US institutional investment management services and products with a focus on product structuring and disclosure issues related to commingled investment pools, managed accounts, and private investment funds.
Stephanie's contributions do not stop there.
