In a recent transaction, I helped our public-company client carve-out and sell a business line to a private equity-backed acquirer for $900 million. I represent clients in a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on the food and beverage, behavioral health, manufacturing, medical devices, and security services verticals. In each transaction, I manage my NP team from the beginning of the deal to the closing, while always focusing on my clients’ business objectives.
