About Shane
For close to 25 years, Shane's practice has focused on expropriations law and property rights litigation. On well over 1000 files, Shane has ensured property owners receive full and fair compensation when subject to expropriation. Shane has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a former president of the Ontario Expropriation Association and is the Canadian representative of the Owners' Counsel of America.
