He handled discovery and depositions, and argued various dispositive motions.While attending law school, he was a legal extern in three capacities – with a Los Angeles firm preparing conditional use permits for businesses and drafting proposed findings for development permits and a vesting tract map for a condominium project; with the Office of the California Attorney General in the Land Law Division researching compliance matters regarding real property related statutory violations; as well as for the Honorable Benny Osorio and the Honorable Graciela Freixes, California Superior Court Judges.When he not advocating for his clients, Serj enjoys cycling, hiking, snorkeling, fishing, and SCUBA diving, as well as taking on DIY home-improvement projects.
