He also practiced as a trademark and copyright attorney for five years in India, where he is licensed to practice law. In India, Sahil worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies and handled more than 100 intellectual property disputes including trademark, copyright, and domain name disputes. He also was involved in a case of first impression relating to trade dress protection in product configurations before the Indian High Court at New Delhi.Sahil has served as a member of the International Trademark Association Young Practitioners’ committee, as well as on the IP committee of the American Bar Association Section of International Law. In his spare time, Sahil enjoys listening to music and contributing to technology blogs.
