He has represented clients in the acquisition, sale, development and joint ventures involving raw land, office, multifamily, shopping centers, marinas, condominiums, residential subdivisions, condo hotels and sports stadiums. He chairs Stroock’s Distressed Property Group, focusing on loan recovery representation for institutional lenders, including the foreclosure of office buildings, multifamily projects and hotels, and representation of lenders in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
