In her transactional practice, Robyn regularly assists clients with structuring, negotiating and closing commercial transactions, ranging from commercial loans and corporate mergers and acquisitions, to commercial real estate purchases, sales, and leasing. Robyn also provides guidance to employers in the drafting and implementation of employee policies and procedures, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and independent contractor arrangements.Practical and thoughtful, Robyn recognizes the importance of a thorough understanding of her clients’ businesses and their needs.
