Bob Meadows was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1974, after receiving an A.B. in Economics from Davidson College in 1971, and a J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1974. After law school, Bob clerked for Judge R. E. Varner, Middle District of Alabama, in Montgomery, Alabama. Bob is a native of Opelika and serves as the senior member of Capell & Howard’s Opelika/Auburn office.Bob is engaged in a general practice with an emphasis on trial work.In the past, Bob has served as the President of the Lee County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers’ Section.
