He has helped recover over $100 million for his clients, including securing a landmark $43.1 million verdict against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company on behalf of a client who was exposed to asbestos as an auto mechanic and also a long-time menthol cigarette smoker. This case involved the first successful trial involving both tobacco and asbestos defendants.
