In addition, Robert frequently represents community association managers, insurance brokers, engineers, certified public accountants and owners-committees with in-depth legal counseling regarding applications of statutes and various administrative decisions impacting community associations, including fiduciary obligations of community associations’ boards of directors. Robert regularly reviews and offers enforcement guidelines for community association governing documents, including Declaration of Condominium, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations documents.
