Richard M. Pachulski

Mr. Pachulski is widely regarded as one of the preeminent corporate restructuring attorneys in America. He was recently named an “Attorney of the Year” by American Lawyer Media’s Recorder, and has been lead counsel on several deals that have been recognized as “Deal of the Year” by The M&A Advisor, Turnaround & Workouts and Global M&A Network.
