After working with an English firm, René-Pierre ANDLAUER created his own firm in partnership with André WATBOT, then joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in January 2014 to join in the development of our Rennes Office.He mainly works in Mergers & acquisitions or private equity transactions (LBOs, MBOs, OBOs, management packages, capital investment). He advises in the long term privately-held companies or groups, family-owned or institutional.He has developed significant industry expertise in the sector of renewable energy in which he regularly works for both French and foreign clients.René-Pierre ANDLAUER holds a Masters' degree from the Law School of the University of Montpellier, he has been teaching at the University of Rennes Law School since 2003, in particular the Master 2 Business & Tax Law.He is a member of various professional associations, among them ECO ORIGIN. He works in both French and English.
