Todd earned his law degree from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class. He then clerked for Chief Judge William F. Downes at the U.S. District Court in Casper, Wyoming. After his clerkship, Todd served in the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington D.C., defending the United States in high-profile civil litigation.
In 2003, Todd returned to his hometown and entered private practice as a partner at Ingram Olheiser, P.C. There he handled cases involving wrongful death, brain injury, paralysis from spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, industrial accidents, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, and more.
Today, Todd is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Wyoming and Colorado. He is a Past President and current Board Member of the Wyoming Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. His expertise also includes appellate advocacy, as evidenced by his successful briefings and arguments before the Wyoming Supreme Court and U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
