Peter’s extensive litigation background is rooted in his experience at prestigious law firms. Prior to joining Ogborn Mihm LLP, Peter led a trial team of attorneys and paralegals at a renowned Denver litigation law firm where he directed multi-million dollar litigation cases in the professional malpractice and wrongful death sectors.
Previously, Peter was a partner at Streib & McClenahan, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania business litigation law firm. There, he focused on business partnership and corporate shareholder disputes. In 2002, Peter was selected by his alma mater to serve as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Duquesne University Law School in Pittsburgh, where he taught for seven years.
During this time, Peter not only practiced law but also provided invaluable instruction and mentoring to law students, teaching them litigation tactics and techniques. He coached multiple teams of law students in interscholastic moot court competitions.
