Edison McDaniels is a trial attorney with the Construction Defects Litigation Group at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine. Since joining the firm, Mr. McDaniels has focused his practice on construction defect law and construction products liability. Mr. McDaniels has been selected by the National Trial Lawyers Association for inclusion in The Top 40 under 40 Association.A 2007 graduate of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, Mr. McDaniels spent six years in real estate banking prior to attending the University of Colorado Law School, graduating in 2016. After law school, Mr. McDaniels took a fellowship with the first judicial district and subsequently worked as an Assistant County Attorney in Jefferson County Colorado. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. McDaniels spent several years working in-house for a startup company. This diverse skill set allows Mr. McDaniels to provide a high level of service, communication, and expertise for clients across the spectrum.For 2022, Best Lawyers of America recognized Edison as a “One to Watch”, a prestigious award that is given to up and coming young attorneys.In his spare time, Mr. McDaniels enjoys the outdoors and can often be found running, hiking, biking, and exploring Colorado’s Front Range.
