Peter A. Greenbaum is co-chair of the Corporate team and a shareholder on the Health Law team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Mr. Greenbaum represents businesses of all sizes and structures, including both private and public companies as well as family owned businesses, in a full range of business matters and transactions. On the healthcare side, Mr. Greenbaum also provides regulatory and corporate advice to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physicians, professional practices, dentists, chiropractors and other health care providers and businesses.
