Ira A. Rosenberg is a Member of Sills Cummis & Gross, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Department, Chair of the Firm’s Life Sciences Practice Group and Co-Managing Partner of the Firm’s Florida office. Mr. Rosenberg has more than 30 years’ experience representing life science and health care technology companies, ranging in size from start-ups to public companies, in corporate and intellectual property transactions and general corporate matters. This work has included numerous product and technology acquisition, development, licensing, supply and distribution transactions, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures. He has structured and negotiated corporate partnering transactions with numerous global and other large pharmaceutical companies.
