Patrick’s municipal, county and government experience encompasses a wide range of issues involving governance, operational, public records and open meeting issues, real estate transactions and tax incremental financing (TIF) and other forms of government financing.Prior to joining von Briesen, he served as a city attorney and assistant district attorney.
