Oziel has more than four years of professional practice in litigation, arbitration, and bankruptcy proceedings. His experience includes the resolution of disputes regarding construction, international sell of goods, trusts and collections. His practice is focused on counseling and representing companies in proposing solutions that ensures a commercial perspective for the clients.He has also been assistant teacher at the arbitration module at the LL.M. of Business Law at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey (2022), as well as at the international business transactions at the LL.M. of Business Law at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (2021, 2022). He has also participated as speaker of the Bankruptcy and Constitutional Law modules of the Seminario de Certificacion Profesional of the Instituto de Contadores Públicos (2021, 2022).During his student life, Oziel participated on the International Commercial Arbitration Moot of the Centro de Arbitraje Mexicano (2019) and the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico (2021).
