I also have experience in negotiating and drafting design and construction contracts and have recently negotiated and drafted design and construction agreements for multi-use buildings, hospitals, restaurants, and office buildings.Looking aheadIn response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I expect to see a shift in design of work spaces to focus on more adaptable spaces that can be repurposed on a short notice and at a lower cost.
