About Nicole
Nicole was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2005. Aside from two and a half years during which Nicole was away from private practice while appointed as Public Guardian and Trustee of Manitoba, Nicole has spent her law career as a litigator with Pitblado Law. During that time, her practice has included all aspects of civil litigation; her practice now focuses almost exclusively on estate litigation and administration. In that regard, Nicole acts for executors and administrators of deceased estates, trustees, attorneys under a Power of Attorney, court-appointed Committees as well as beneficiaries under deceased estates or a variety of trusts and interested parties in all such matters.Nicole has appeared in all levels of court in Manitoba, and while she enjoys court appearances, her approach to client files is practical and solution-based, striving to achieve results that are in the best interests of her clients.On a personal level, Nicole believes in the importance of prioritizing family as well as giving back through one’s time, talents and treasures. Throughout her career, she has been a board member of several non-profit organizations while cheering for and supporting a number of local and global humanitarian organizations.
