He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, *with distinction*, in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and a minor in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno. This background provides him with a unique ability to analyze complex issues and present compelling arguments, both orally and in writing. He then pursued his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he consistently ranked in the top third of his class and actively participated on the National Moot Court Team, ultimately advancing to the national finals in 2004. Prior to joining his current firm, Mr. Crosby gained invaluable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael Douglas during his tenure as a District Court judge. He primarily represents municipalities in binding labor arbitrations and in state and federal court, demonstrating his ability to handle complex, multi-party litigation effectively.
Mr. Crosby's courtroom successes speak for themselves – he has litigated over 40 binding municipal labor arbitrations and labor-management proceedings, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. He’s also a successful trial attorney, having litigated both jury and bench trials in state and federal court.
