Nick Cosulich is a partner practising in our real estate team and business law group. He represents a wide range of clients on matters involving real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and related transactions. Nick has represented commercial property owners, developers, trusts and lenders in a wide variety of transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, land assemblies, subdivisions, re-zonings, pre-sale marketing programs, ground leases and university trust matters. These transactions have included residential, commercial, rental, strata and mixed-use development properties. Nick has also acted for clients in all aspects of the development approval stage, including land assembly, subdivision and re-zoning by working directly with surveyors and drafting/negotiating statutory rights of way, easements and covenants required for local government approval. In addition to real estate transactions and development, Nick regularly advises businesses on various corporate and commercial issues, including structuring of limited partnerships and other corporate vehicles, financing, municipal zoning and regulatory compliance.
