During 2013 and 2014, she acted as legal counsel in the Monaco office of TSX-listed Endeavour Mining Corporation and was involved in dispositions, a corporate reorganization, a debt refinancing, corporate governance initiatives, and a variety of regulatory and commercial matters. In 2015, Shona spent six months with the in-house legal team at Coast Capital Savings providing legal support to all aspects of the credit union's business, including regulatory compliance, technology initiatives, marketing, procurement, governance, and acquisition integration.
