About Shona
Shona Sinclair is Corporate Counsel in the Vancouver office of Stikeman Elliott. With a broad practice background in the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Banking groups, Shona advises on and supports a wide range of transactions and corporate matters spanning secured financings, shareholder and limited partnership arrangements, securities law and regulatory compliance, corporate governance and general commercial matters.Having spent several years seconded to clients of the firm, Shona recognizes the demands of a multi-faceted business environment and is able to meet those demands in a practical way. During 2013 and 2014, she acted as legal counsel in the Monaco office of TSX-listed Endeavour Mining Corporation and was involved in dispositions, a corporate reorganization, a debt refinancing, corporate governance initiatives, and a variety of regulatory and commercial matters. In 2015, Shona spent six months with the in-house legal team at Coast Capital Savings providing legal support to all aspects of the credit union's business, including regulatory compliance, technology initiatives, marketing, procurement, governance, and acquisition integration.
