About Neil
Neil Oberfeld assists developers, institutions and investors in real estate and general business matters. Neil concentrates his practice on real estate and business investment, acquisition, development and finance transactions; retail, office and industrial lease transactions; joint venture and fund formation and investment; secured and commercial loan transactions; and property tax assessment.Neil has wide-ranging experience in green leasing and has been involved in all phases of sustainable development. He is an active speaker on the topic of sustainability, most recently addressing audiences at the 2009 International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Law Conference and the 2009 Colorado Sustainability Conference.In 2010, Neil earned a spot among Law Week Colorado's "Lawyers of the Year" for his extensive work in green leasing. He received the "Volunteer Lawyer of the Year Award" from the Denver Bar Association in 2005 and was also recognized by the Denver Business Journal in the 1997 Charter Class of the "Forty Under 40" Business Leaders. The Anti-Defamation League recognized Neil nationally with the Daniel Ginsberg Leadership Award in 1996, and at the local level with the Fred Silverberg Young Leadership Award in 1995.
