About Neil
Neil Barton is an attorney in the firm’s Louisville office where he is a member of the Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group. His practice includes defense work in product liability with an emphasis on allegations arising out of residential and commercial fires and explosions, medical malpractice including nurse and nursing home liability, dental malpractice, premises liability, contract disputes, and actions alleging serious personal injury or death. Neil is certified by the National Association of Fire Investigators as a Fire and Explosion Investigator.
