Jennifer Henry Jackson is an attorney in the firm’s Louisville, Kentucky office where she is a member of the Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group and the Health Care Service Group. She handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including product liability, toxic and mass torts, medical malpractice, professional liability, premises liability, and actions alleging serious personal injury or death. Jennifer has experience at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling to taking and defending depositions, to drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
