Nathan J. Neuberger is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice as well as a member of the firm’s Private Equity, Venture Capital and Corporate Finance group. Nate works with clients to facilitate a wide range of corporate sale and acquisition transactions including leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and recapitalizations.Nate represents a range of private equity sponsors located in Illinois, Wisconsin and other states, and he specializes in middle-market deals with transaction values between $10 and $250 million dollar range. In addition, he works closely with clients on a variety of other business matters including venture capital investments, startups and capital raises, corporate governance issues, and senior and mezzanine finance.Nate joined Reinhart in 2012 and has accumulated nearly a decade of legal experience. He enjoys working with clients and businesses that are involved in extraordinary transactions. While he recognizes that each deal is unique, Nate’s extensive experience enables him to determine the most efficient and effective approach to meet each client’s specific needs and goals.Clients enjoy Nate’s personable nature, expert knowledge and his ability to close deals efficiently without getting caught up in the minutiae that often slows process.Nate earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
