In addition, she advises on all aspects of venture capital investments.Natalie represents, amongst others, private equity and venture capital funds, as well as corporations from mid-sized to listed companies.Prior to joining the firm, Natalie worked for Olswang in Berlin, Clifford Chance in Dusseldorf and acted as Chief Compliance Officer (Legal) and Deputy General Counsel at Rocket Internet.
