About Mike
Mike McCluskey helps his clients resolve all types of litigation disputes from the early stages of an issue all the way through to trial. Mike understands that litigation can be an intimidating process for many clients. Because of this, he works closely with his clients at every step of the process believing that open communication is a key ingredient for success. Mike has specific experience with contract disputes, commercial and residential real estate disputes, construction disputes and liens. Mike has practiced litigation exclusively since 2011 and through this focused experience he brings a common sense and practical approach to problem solving solutions. Sometimes trial cannot be avoided, but more often than not, there is a deal to be made and Mike is there to help. After working for a large national firm in Guelph since 2017, Mike continues to serve clients in the region at McKenzie Lake. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys camping, golf, wine and spending time with his growing family.
