Prior to his role at Jackson Lewis, Michael worked for a prominent Philadelphia law firm practicing in the area of labor and employment law. He litigated and defended both litigation and administrative matters on behalf of the firm's clients. Still earlier, he served as president of a full-service sports management and marketing firm which represented professional athletes and coaches in all facets of management, negotiating playing contracts and procuring endorsement opportunities for clients in professional football, basketball, and baseball. While attending Franklin & Marshall College, Michael was class president and played four years of varsity football including one year as a member of the 1995 Centennial Conference Champion football team. He also served his community for three terms (2011-2019) as an elected committeeman on the Voorhees Township (NJ) Committee, in which role he had served as the township's Director of Finance and liaison to the Voorhees Township Fire District.
