Michael B. Manning is a Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where he defends doctors, hospitals (including specialized children’s care hospitals), and regional trauma centers in a variety of medical malpractice matters. Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Mike was an associate attorney in the motions department, and subsequently in the affirmative litigation department, of a litigation defense firm in Brooklyn. There, he handled myriad aspects of medical malpractice defense. He also completed legal intern/externships in2012, developing keen research, analytic, and legal writing skills. Mike received his B.A. from Salve Regina University in 2009 and his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2013. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
