Megan’s background as a plaintiffs’ attorney prior to joining Fisher Phillips LLP allowed her to develop robust defense tactics that have been instrumental in achieving favorable settlements for her clients. Additionally, her experience includes cases of opioid abuse in the workplace, employee leave laws (ADA/FMLA), non-competition and trade secrets, breach of contract, and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective actions.
