Matthew’s experience also includes the defense of insurers, hotel operators, and transportation companies in land-based personal injury actions.Matthew represents shipyards in vessel construction and repair disputes and general and sub-contractors in breach of contract, non-payment, defective workmanship, and lien disputes.
