Mary H. “Molly” Tolbert is a litigator, with a focus on antitrust, securities, constitutional, and appellate matters. She has appeared on behalf of clients before numerous state and federal courts, as well as in administrative and regulatory proceedings. She has significant experience in drafting and arguing critical motions and appellate briefs, with recent successful oral arguments before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits, as well as the Southern District of New York and Central District of California. She has been selected to Oklahoma Super Lawyers in Antitrust Litigation every year from 2014 to 2023, and to Best Lawyers in America in Antitrust Litigation and Appellate Practice every year since 2010. She was named 2018 Lawyer of the Year for Appellate Practice in Oklahoma and 2022 Lawyer of the Year for Antitrust Litigation.While working toward her Juris Doctor at Yale, Molly was involved with the Yale Legal History Forum. Additionally, she served as editor and senior editor for the Yale Journal of Regulation and the Yale Law Journal, respectively. An avid sports fan, Molly is a multi generational Michigan Wolverines football fan, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1989 where she received high honors in English.
