Most recently, I worked with our project finance team on the $1.8 billion financing of a fertilizer plant.Mergers and AcquisitionsI represent buyers and sellers of businesses in leveraged and other acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and dispositions, both domestically and internationally. That experience includes transactions involving companies involved in manufacturing, food, health care and medical devices.SportsI am experienced representing governmental and private entities in professional sports matters involving NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL teams and their stadiums and arenas.
