Mark Filipp, shareholder and director at Kemp Klein, has over 30 years of litigation experience. During his career he has been involved in a broad range of business disputes, with extensive experience defending companies in employment litigation cases filed in state and federal courts throughout Michigan, as well as employment claims before the EEOC and MDCR.
