Moreover, Marie-Pierre has regulatory experience in the areas of residual materials, contaminated sites, threatened and vulnerable species, and mine tailings. She also advises clients on matters involving contaminated land, off-site contamination and neighbourhood disputes. She has also supported clients facing administrative and penal measures imposed by municipal, provincial and federal authorities, such as AMPs, orders and criminal proceedings.
