Lydia A. Milone is a dedicated and experienced matrimonial litigator with over three decades of practice in the fields of family law. She has represented matrimonial litigants in Westchester County, New York; Kings, Nassau, Suffolk, and Putnam Counties across both Supreme Court and Family Court levels, as well as in the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments.

Mrs. Milone is a distinguished member of multiple legal associations including the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, and Westchester Women’s Bar Association. She serves on executive committees for the Family Law Sections of both the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. She has held leadership roles as Vice Chair and Chair of the WCBA Family Law Section, currently serving as a Co-Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee within the Family Law Section of the NYSBA.
