Louis-Pierre Grégoire is a partner in Gowlings’ Ottawa office. He focuses his practice on construction law and civil litigation with an emphasis on construction matters, commercial disputes, condominium law, insurance, product liability, and professional responsibility. He has represented many parties in the construction industry (financial institutions, owners, contractors, material suppliers, entrepreneurs, engineers, manufacturers, building officials and home inspectors).Louis-Pierre appears frequently before the Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal for Ontario and provides guidance to his clients throughout this process.Prior to starting his law career, he spent a year in France at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon studying engineering, and following his articles, he spent six months in Hong Kong working as a research assistant and political attaché.
