Lori Mince is a partner in Fishman Haygood’s Litigation Section. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, media law, and tax litigation. Lori also regularly represents executives in employment disputes with their former employers regarding compensation and restrictive covenants.In her media law practice, Lori has represented the Associated Press, The New York Times, ProPublica, Cable News Network, Viacom, American Oversight, the Guardian, and others. She has handled dozens of matters seeking access to proceedings and records on subjects ranging from police misconduct and corruption in government contracting to Louisiana State University’s search for a new president.
